Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the iTantric mobile application, this website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Agni Systems & Dev., Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Entertainment & informational purposes
iTantric provides Tantric numerology readings for amusement, entertainment, and general informational purposes only. Numerology is a traditional system of interpretation. Readings may be insightful but are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any information provided.
2. Not medical, legal, or professional advice
The Services do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Yoga, meditation, and chant suggestions are for general wellness and spiritual exploration only. Consult a qualified professional for any serious physical, mental, legal, or financial matter. Do not disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app or on this website.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Your account & device data
Profile information you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security and for the accuracy of information you provide (such as date of birth). You may add multiple profiles; you represent that you have permission to enter information for anyone whose profile you create.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Services
- Misrepresent readings as guaranteed outcomes or professional counsel
6. Intellectual property
The iTantric name, logo, app design, text, graphics, and related content are owned by Agni Systems & Dev., Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms that apply to your download.
7. App Store terms
If you downloaded iTantric from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance, or support.
8. iTantric AI (upcoming)
Future AI-powered features may generate conversational responses based on your numerology. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. AI features will be optional and governed by these Terms plus any additional terms presented at launch.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGNI SYSTEMS & DEV., INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($25).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
