This Privacy Policy describes how Agni Systems & Dev., Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the iTantric mobile application, this website (itantric.com), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use iTantric, you may enter profile information such as first name, last name, and date of birth. This data is stored on your device to generate numerology readings.
Automatically collected information. We do not use the iTantric app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The app may use on-device storage (UserDefaults) to remember your preferences, selected profile, reminder settings, and widget data.
Website. If you contact us by email or use forms on this site, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and message content).
2. How we use information
- To calculate and display Tantric numerology readings
- To provide daily numbers, reminders, and Home Screen widgets
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our apps and website
3. Where data is stored
Profile and reading data entered in the iTantric app is stored locally on your device. Widget and reminder data may be shared between the app and its widget extension through Apple’s App Group container on your device. We do not operate a user account server that stores your birth date or readings on our backend for the legacy iTantric app.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only: (a) when you choose to share a reading via email, text, or social media; (b) if required by law; or (c) to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Third-party services
Our website may be hosted on WordPress and built with Divi. Your hosting provider, email provider, and Apple (for App Store downloads and device services) may process limited technical data according to their own policies. Any future iTantric AI features may use third-party AI providers; we will update this policy before those features launch.
6. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. Your choices
- Delete profiles within the app at any time
- Disable daily reminders in the app’s Reminder settings
- Remove the widget from your Home Screen
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from your device
8. Data retention
App data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for our legitimate business records.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
